Job description: Role: Operational Resource Planner
Location: Nottingham,
Work pattern: Fulltime - 36 hours, Mon-Fri
Start date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing

Our client are seeking a candidate whom is experienced in co-ordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of large teams within a fast paced and pressurised environment. You will be working within the housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling the workload of trades colleagues and/or contractors by allocating and organising work through the relevant processes to maximum efficiency of resources to meet defined key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
*You will be responsible for co-ordinating a number of appointments and works packages.
*To schedule numerous trades/repairs appointments.
*Proactively manage work orders using IT systems, ensuring that complex orders are managed.
*Effectively communicate with client and customer queries, providing guidance to assist them and resolving repairs issues.
*Undertake data entry tasks as required as well as ensuring that the appointment scheduling system is accurately maintained and managed.
*To meet KPI performance targets and customer satisfaction targets for the service area.

*Significate experience of managing, co-ordinating and scheduling appointments.
*Thorough knowledge of IT applications including work scheduling systems.
*Previous administration experience.
*Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
*Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing and resolving enquiries and complaints.
