Job description: I am currently recruiting for an operational support assistant (OSA) to work in Slough.

This role is initially for 3 months with a potential to run further. Candidates applying must have a current enhanced DBS to be considered for the role.

In this role of Operations Support Assistant you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administration duties in the support of my clients Offender Managers, as well as greeting all visitors, arranging appointments, managing diaries, processing all incoming and outgoing post & answering the phone whilst working in the Reception area.

The tasks you should expect to undertake in this role are, but are not limited to:

*Handling paperwork from a variety of sources
*Organising and prioritising workload in conjunction with other team members
*Time management and administrative skills
*Inputting, locating and retrieving data and text using our computer systems and database
*Liaise effectively with a wide variety of external and internal users
*Understanding the need for confidentiality
*Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other members of the team

Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Receptionist role would be advantageous.
