Job description: Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities

An experienced Operations Manager is required to work within a Learning Disabilities Team in the Camden, North West London area.

Pay rates are LTD and negotiable for the right candidate for an initial 3-6 months contract

About the Role

Operations Managers in Camden Learning Disabilities Service will manage the flow of adult social care work into and through the service ensuring there is a clear understanding of demand from customers, that resource is organised to respond to that demand and that all customers get a responsive, individualised service.

*HCPC Registered
*DBS required
*Social Work Degree
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
*Knowledge of the legislative framework for ASC, including MHA MCA Safeguarding, personalisation and health agenda's
