Job description: Out of Hours Contact Centre Officer, Huddersfield.
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an Out of Hours Contact Centre Officer in Huddersfield. As an Out of Hours Contact Centre Officer based in Huddersfield you will need to have great telephone manner and excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing with customer queries and complaints over the phone, and signposting customers of a local authority to the correct departments. As a key aspect of the role is use of a computer, you must be proficient in PC use and have experience of using bespoke systems.
As this role is out of hours and includes working in various offices, you must be flexible to work across a number of sites and a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
This is a long-term contract running until the end of the year. You will be working 32.25 hours per week on a standard shift of 13.00-21.00, but you will be expected to flex up to cover additional shifts.
