Job description: Income Recovery Assistant (Part Time, PM), Christchurch

I am recruiting for an Income Recovery Assistant for a Housing Association based in Christchurch, Dorset.

The role is part-time 20 hours per week, working 13:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday, on an initial three-month contract which could potentially be extended.

In the role, you will be working in a contact centre environment, handling finance and rent related queries for customers and tenants of the housing association.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:
-Good telephone manner
-Excellent maths/finance skills
-Able to deal with finance queries confidently
-Excellent communication skills
If you have any prior experience within a contact centre, or knowledge of the benefits system, this will be highly beneficial for your application, as will housing or local authority experience.
