Job Description
As a member of the Partnership Development and Contract Monitoring Team this post is directly responsible for:
*The planning, control, management, resource allocation and leadership of the Client function, monitoring contractor compliance for delivering transactional services in accordance with statutory compliance, contractual terms and conditions, ensuring performance, budgets, costs and spend of the services are monitored and managed effectively over the life of the partnership

The services within scope of the contract include:
Revenue and Benefits
Transactional HR & Payroll
Transactional Finance
IT Services
Customer Services
Fraud and Investigations

*To develop, maintain, update and implement the Councils Customer Services Strategy. To work with our strategic partner and retained organisation to ensure a planned direction of travel for customer services within the strategy and future trends as they emerge. To ensure standards within the strategy are embedded in the partnership and within retained council services. Ensuring that there is a planned direction of travel

Experience Required
*Experience in developing and implementing service strategies in support of the delivery of organisational objectives, ensuring proper Governance and compliance.
*Success in managing complex work programmes and in realising corporate objectives.
*Extensive experience and good understanding of contract management
*A degree or professional qualification in relevant field
*Management qualification e.g. DMS or MBA
*Evidence of continuous professional development
*Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification
