Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Performance and Complaints Assistant (Administrator) to work within St Helens Council.

The role is full time (37 hours per week) on a 3 month rolling contract and is an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £9.78 per hour.

Key features
*Assisting the Children's Complaints and Access to Records Officer inputting and amending information to ensure it meets departmental and statutory standards.
*Assist the Performance and Complaints Manager to manage the performance of the department, including the completion of statutory return, completion of monthly and quarterly performance information and the preparation and implementation of Performance Reviews.
*Undertake the access to records function, including subject access requests and Health and Safety Audits as well as other duties.
*The successful candidate should have experience of and/or knowledge of the health and social care sector.
*Must have a high level of organisational/administrational skills.
*Must have the ability to produce accurate and concise reports.
*The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work is essential.
*Experience in Access to Records function is desirable.

Requirements
*Experience using Microsoft office.
*Experience working in a similar or relevant role.
