Job description: Job Title: Performance and Data Quality Officer
Location: Wembley, HA9
Salary: £29,685
Hours: 35 hours per week
Employee Type: 12 months Fixed term starting ASAP

Provide support to the Performance & Data Quality team in carrying out regular performance reporting and one-off improvement projects.

Responsibilities -
Assist with the development, collation and analysis of performance information.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Ensure that performance information is produced in accordance with specifications.
Develop new performance and management reports as required.
Carry out external benchmarking, ensuring the timely submission of data and proper adherence to criteria.
Assist with the accurate and timely submission of statutory returns, liaising with colleagues for the supply of supporting information. Identify corrective actions relating to data and information systems.
Identify opportunities for improvements in process, systems and technology use and risk mitigation to ensure compliance and assurance across the organisation.
Highlight any data quality issues as appropriate and ensure that corrective action is taken.
Assist with the collation and analysis of customer satisfaction data.
Deputise and provide cover for the P&DQ Analysts in their absence

Knowledge and skills required
Ability to develop an understanding of business activities
Ability to work methodically with good planning and time management skills
Ability to use IT effectively
Ability to analyse business processes
Very good interpersonal communication and promotional skills with the ability to convey information clearly to colleagues and managers.
Good written communication skills
