Job description: Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Oldham, OL1

PAYE Rate: £11.06 per hour
Contract Type: 3 months initial term
Weekly Hours: 37
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Possible Interview Date: To be confirmed

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide a high quality service and administrative support to a senior Director. The candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient secretarial service. The candidate will be the first point of contact for the team so they must be able to do the basic meeting and greeting. This is a varied role for the right candidate, which requires an independent, resourceful PA to hit the ground running.
The successful candidate will have solid PA experience having worked in an administrative role. We are looking for someone from a corporate environment. Daily duties of this role will involve intense diary management for the Director and the candidate will have the ability to pick up new systems and processes easily.

The candidate should have advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office software and at least intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel and Presentations

Key responsibilities:
*Managing the Directors diary and arranging meetings
*Managing the Directors inbox
*Preparing papers for meetings
*Minute taking
*Put together board papers/EMT/
*Collate, type and review docs - proof read
*Meeting and greeting stakeholders
*General admin duties
*Making beverages
*Attending meetings as necessary and taking minutes
*Handling invoices and payments
*Arranging travel and hotels as required
*Dealing with key contacts by phone or email
*Analysing reports

Essential Requirements:
*Graduate with Previous PA / Senior Administrative experience (2years)
*Well organised
*Attention to detail
*Excellent numeracy and literacy
*Able to work under pressure
*Able to use Microsoft Office software
*Excellent communications skills
*Discreet and able to work on confidential projects
*Ability to use new systems and processes with ease
