Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Administration Assistant for a vacancy which has become available at the Police HQ in Maidstone.
To provide an efficient and effective personal secretarial service to the Management Team, providing a range of administrative support and work of a confidential nature, in order to assist with the effective management of the Division.

To provide a full range of secretarial services to the management team, including word processing, shorthand and audio, drafting letters of acknowledgement and producing correspondence, in order to provide full secretarial support to managers. This will include providing ad-hoc support on rare occasions for multi-agency county emergencies specifically, providing administrative support for meetings, actions and auditable documentation.

This is a police-based role, so applicants will be subject to police security checks.
It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS/CRB within the last 3 years.
