Job description: We are looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to work with the Black Country Partnership at Penn Hospital, this will be on a full time block booking basis.

You will provide a high standard of specialist physiotherapy service for adults and older adults, supporting recovery and relapse prevention. This will include exercise prescription, movement disorder management and pain management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

*To perform advanced assessments of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical needs, to provide a diagnosis and deliver a treatment programme specific to the individual.
*To supervise, educate and assess the performance of physiotherapy students working in partnership with educational establishments.
*To take an active role in uni and multi-disciplinary clinical audit and service evaluation, and contribute to research in the work setting as required.
*To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
