Probation Officer

Location - Basingstoke, Hampshire
Working hours - 37 hours per week (Temporary Contract)
Pay rate - £22.44 - £26.45 (Depending on experience)

The Community Offender Management team are looking for PO's and PSO's that have Probation experience. Office work would be preferable at Basingstoke, Aldershot, Fareham and Havant, however, if this is a virtual only role this can also be facilitated.

Essential requirements -

• Experience of court report writing
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Degree in criminology, police studies, community justice or criminal justice
• Honours Degree/Graduate Diploma and Level 5 Diploma in Probation Practice; or
• Diploma in Probation Studies; or Diploma in Social Work (Probation option)
• Evidence and experience of working for a recognised provider of probation services for 5 years
