Job description: Role: Programme Information Manager
Location: Camden, NW1 8EH
Work pattern: 35 hrs, Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent

I'm looking for someone to become the new Programme Information Manager within a Development Department working for a company within the Housing Sector. The purpose of the role will be to produce management information, statistical data and reports for all stakeholders in development projects and programmes and to improve or change these as necessary to meet the changing needs of the organisation. You will set up and maintain key reporting systems and devise/design the necessary reporting formats to enable this to be done effectively. Key Responsibilities
*To produce financial performance reports including capital monitoring reports and cash flow summaries.
*You will ensure that GLA's Open Project System (GLA's OPS) and Home England's Integrated Management System (HE's IMS) is properly maintained and updated with all relevant project and programme information and producing detailed reports and analysis of performance.
*You will provide management information to the Directors in relation to all the development programme planning and control. You will monitor and analyse key aspects of all programme for the benefit of the Director's team as well as stakeholders. You will monitor and report on business performance, including average unit costs and values, financial capacity, work in progress and internal costs, etc.
*You will set up and document IT systems and procedures for financial and programme management within the Development Department. You will keep these systems and procedures under regular review and implement changes to meet the changing needs of the Development and Finance Departments.
*You will be the lead officer on all ProVal and Sequel Scheme Appraisal and Cash flow monitoring IT systems ensuring any that all system management issues are identified and reported.

Experience/Qualification:
*You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant subject.
*You will possess excellent IT skills - particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel
*You will have experience of using GLA's Open Project System (GLA Ops) and Home England's Investment Management System (IMS).
*You must have experience of designing and producing performance indicators that measure business activities for senior executives.
*You will have knowledge of the Housing Sector.
*You will possess the ability to build and maintain consistently high performing team, meet key deadlines and set and deliver realistic targets.
