Job description: Job title - Project Administrator
Location - Walworth, SE17
Contract - Temporary
Hours - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9 AM- 5 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Purpose of Role
We are looking for a candidate to provide a high quality, comprehensive and flexible administrative support to the wider team by managing project work plans and remaining flexible to meet changing needs and requirements of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
*To undertake a range of administrative tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
*To work closely with relevant stakeholders to monitor, review and update the Fire Risk Actions, ensuring issues are managed and escalated as required.
*Being the first point of contact for enquiries from colleagues and stakeholders.
*To support the delivery of actions associated with Fire Risk Actions and work closely with operational managers.
*Ensure that data under your ownership is collected, managed and protected to highest standards.
*To respond to external enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, including logging of post and responding to or redirecting mail as required.
*To maintain records and data inputs into a wide range of systems used by the department.
*To maintain information, records and files including electronic files.
*To undertake other duties and training which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
*To work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless service.
*Ensure that all duties are carried out to the highest standard, and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Skills/Experience required
*Experience of working in customer service environment, dealing with internal and external clients.
*Experience and knowledge of project management.
*Insight into confidentiality and data protection issues.
*Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
*Ability to maintain up to date records and reports.
*Proven time management skills.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Excellent computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office.
*GCSE's in English and Mathematics at grade C or above or equivalent.
*Carry out any other duties as requested by the Management Team.
