Our client, a housing group based in Nottingham are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This is on a temporary ongoing contract basis.

The purpose of the role is to:

• To support the Senior Projects Manager and Head of Commercial Services with the effective delivery of a range of commercial projects in a consistent and professional manner and in accordance with objectives and targets, to support the Corporate Objectives.
• Managing renovation / refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

A degree/HND or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.

Previous experience of Project Management in a Commercial setting, candidates will need experience managing renovation / refurbishment projects.
