Job description: Project Support Officer needed for Wokingham Borough Council, £15 ltd per hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 3 months initially
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £15ltd an hour
Team - Children's Social Care

Description
*To co-ordinate and ensure the effectiveness of what member organisations do, collectively and together, to ensure and promote the health and wellbeing of all residents of the Wokingham Borough through the work of the Wokingham Borough Wellbeing Board (WBWB) and the Community Safety Partnership (CSP)
*Both Forums have significant responsibilities, including having oversight of the Wellbeing Board's strategy, policy and partnership developments, in addition to identifying the current and future social care and health needs of the local area through supporting the Public Health team to develop the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment.
*The Project Assistant has a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of both Forums, and will work closely with the Chair and other key stakeholders in order to effectively manage the business for both Forums.

What is required?
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Knowledge of multi-agency and interprofessional working
*Experience of SMART planning
