Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority in London. The Local Authority are looking for someone to join their Property department to assist their Commercial Property caseload. You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer:

Duties and Responsibilities

*Working with the Landlord and Tenant Act, commercial leases, enquiries and high profile regeneration cases
*Carrying an extensive Commercial Property caseload of high profile, complex and sensitive matters.
*Dealing with; drafting legal letters, legal agreements, deeds, and notices.
*Negotiating agreements, settlements and such, relating to Property matters

Experienced Required
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister
*Minimum 3 years PQE within Commercial Property
*Experience dealing with land, leases and disposals
*Local Authority experience would be beneficial, however good private practice experience may be considered
