Job description: Job Title: Property Records Officer
Basis: Full Time
Hours: 35 Hours
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Type: Temporary ongoing
Location: Oldham, OL9

I'm currently looking for a Property Records Officer to work within a housing association. The purpose of the role will be to provide a high level administration including reporting on performance, management and finances. You will also maintain the companies housing Assets and Liabilities Register. I'm looking for someone form a housing background who has experiences of reading leases and providing database management. For this role you will need to have a high level of experience with Microsoft word.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collate all Group property ownership, restriction and charging (PORC) documents.
* Catalogue all Group PORC documents.
* Upload all Group PORC to the Group's PORC document system.
* Interpret and analyse PORC documents to identify restrictions and other useful insight.
* Develop reports from the system to show progress around data completeness and progress as well as those required by the business.
* Maintain the digital document management system.
* Ensure that the PORC system meet all the requirements of key stakeholders.

Key Outcomes:
* A complete, accurate and maintained PORC system which meet the needs of all stakeholders.
* Timely production of accurate reports demonstrating completeness status and for the business need.
* Production of reports to fulfil regulatory requirements.
* Complete identification for all properties of any sale of disposal restrictions.
*Complete charging register showing encumbered and unencumbered stock.

Experience and Qualifications
*Experience working within the housing Sector
*Experience of reading and understanding leases.
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
