Job description: Property Services Manager, Birmingham
A Birmingham based Housing Association are recruiting for a Property Services Manager based in Birmingham. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Head of Property Sales with the delivery of the clients new-build property sales programme.

The Role
-To lead on all property transactions in line with business goals for new home schemes, by supporting the on- site processes, managing property sales consultants, overseeing all marketing programmes and managing respective budgets.
-The job holder will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion at all times.
-This profile is not exhaustive and other activities at a similar level may need to be carried out.
-To manage and motivate on-site Property Sales Consultants to deliver forecast sales targets for each scheme by identifying potential purchasers and managing buyer support and customer options and the overall customer experience.
-Manage site-specific marketing programmes including the production of sales collateral together with associated budgets and forecasting.
-To ensure that sales are delivered are legally compliant and in accordance with the clients policies and procedures
-To produce sales statistics to support the management of quarterly sales forecasting and weekly sales progression including maintaining the Sales Information System to meet the specific KPI requirements of the clients, regulators, lenders and local authorities

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must have:
-New home sales and marketing experience; gained from working for a volume house-builder, housing association or through estate agency work evidenced by a minimum of 3 years' managerial experience
-Demonstrable experience and proven ability of designing and implementing new-build sales and marketing programmes within the housing industry, including a good understanding of Sales Centre procurement.
-Possesses a recognised professional sales and/or marketing qualification to degree level or equivalent or has a minimum of 5 years senior management experience within the housing industry

The Contract
This is a temporary contact starting ASAP for a 12 month month period, working 37 hours per week.
