If the answer is yes, look no further than this Property Specialist role based in Chester. Service Care Solutions have an exciting permanent opportunity to work for a private sector client.
The role is a first point of contact for property owners considering renting their property - the primary objective of this role is to book in a visit with the local regional manager and ensure the potential new owner ("PNO") is smoothly passed through the process. Working hours will include some evenings and weekend work on a shift basis. Salary is c. £17,500 plus performance bonus and additional benefits package.
Purpose of the role-
The main aim and focus is to secure a visit with one of our Regional Managers during each PNO call, whilst impressing owners with your knowledge and expertise to gain their business
The selected candidate will also be expected to maintain an accurate database and workflow system to smoothly and efficiently move PNOs through the on boarding process successfully, keeping written records of the property details and conversations that have taken place.
Essential Experience-
*Knowledge of the property market
*Outstanding verbal communication skills
*Commercially minded - able to negotiate and influence
*A high performer, driven to achieve sales targets
*Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable Experience-
*Good geographical knowledge of the UK
*IT literacy of the following packages; Windows, Word and Excel.
*Proven ability within a sales environment
*Confident and able to use initiative
Business to business experience.
