A Local Authority based in County Durham is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate will experience working in a similar role within the public sector.

The main purpose of the role is to manage all of the financial / contractual aspects of multiple small works from pricing / estimating to final account within the councils domestic housing stock.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £25 - £30 p/hour Umbrella Ltd (approx. £620 - £720 p/week NET after deductions) dependant on experience and qualifications.
