Job description: Job Title: Receptionist/Customer Service
Location: Plymouth, PL6
Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9 to 5

Job Purpose

*Provide a high level of quality support to the Customer Experience and Assurance Team in all matters concerning the transformation of customer service.
*To provide a high level reception service and first point of contact resolution for all queries from any visitors to the premises.
*To manage the reception area to ensure the area is clean and tidy at all times, and that displays are current and promotional material is visible.
*To support the Customer Service Centre in general administrative duties as required, for example processing stationery requests, maintaining filing systems, inputting customer surveys and hospitality provisions for meetings.
*The post will also be required to provide effective mail management and administration support when required.

Essential criteria:

*Strong customer service skills, face to face as they will be required to answer a variety of customers enquiries
*Strong customer service skills on the phone as they will be required to answer a variety of calls, internally and externally
*Accuracy with completing excel spreadsheets and collating information
*Be flexible and have the ability to multi task due to the demands within a busy reception area
