Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Yeovil BA22 8WN
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9 to 5

Job Purpose

Provide an excellent customer service to our customers and internal stakeholders through a comprehensive reception service. Provide wider support through a range of business administration activities such as post functions and document management.

Essential criteria:

  • Strong customer service skills, face to face as you will be required to answer a variety of customers enquiries
  • Strong customer service skills on the phone as they will be required to answer a variety of calls, internally and externally
  • Accuracy with completing excel spreadsheets and collating information
  • Be flexible and have the ability to multi task due to the demands within a busy reception area
  • Carry out scanning of all documents to the Document Management System including filing and indexing appropriately to ensure accurate records of key documents are retained.
