Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work on a temporary ongoing agency contract for a client based in Conwy,

Start Date: Candidates must be available immediately or with 1 week notice period
Interview Format: Face to face
Contract Type: 12 Weeks Temporary (Possible extension - To be reviewed)
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:15pm

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in a receptionist/customer facing environment to ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front line service. Answering front line enquires and being the single point of contact for requests for information, advice and services from customers, primarily face-to-face but occasionally on the telephone. You will be expected to follow the established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries and liaise with internal Service Departments and other agencies to resolve customer enquiries.
