Job description: Job Title: Receptionist/Floorwalker
Location: Maidstone ME15
Contract Type: 6 months temporary
Weekly Hours: 17.5 Hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 1.00 pm - 4.30 PM

Job Purpose
*To greet all customers in the office ensuring a high level of customer care is given at all times.
*To direct and assist customers to the guided help area, phones or Meet & Greet depending on their enquiry
*Provide customers with support and guidance with self-serve process
*To adhere to the performance standards set for Customer Service Advisors
*To undertake any duties as delegated by a Team Leader or by the Customer Services Manager.
*As a customer focused role be able to communicate with our customers at the agreed level

Essential criteria:
*Minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a face to face customer focused environment
*IT literate with the ability to support customers with online processes
*Experience of dealing with customer complaints
