Job description:
Looking for a new role in Cambridge? Service Care are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Grade: Recruitment Administrator
Hours: Mon-Fri- 08.30-16.30
Location: Victoria House
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
These role will involve liaising closely with recruiting managers to provide them with support and advice relating to the recruitment process and the use of the online recruitment system, Trac. A key part of this role will also include ensuring the recruitment process is as efficient as possible for candidates and managers providing them with support. Due to this the ideal candidate will require excellent customer service skills.
The post holder will possess excellent keyboard skills and have experience in dealing with a high volume of administration. You will also be able to demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Most of all, you will display a commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to the managers and applicants to the Trust.
