Job description: Referral and Assessment Team Manager, Lewisham

We want a Team Manager with experience of working within a Referral and Assessment Team. The role is based in Lewisham, South East London.

Ideally you could start ASAP on a 3 month+ contract and be available to work full time hours.

To Apply for the role you will need:
*Minimum 2 years' experience at TM level
*The ability to successfully lead a busy frontline duty team.
*Good track record of maintaining good performance in the team, and supporting qualitative improvements across the team.
*You must have recent experience

*A degree or Masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
*SW England Registration
*Previous Experience as a Team Manager in a LAC Team
