Job description: Job Title: Regional Business Support Officer
Location: Multi-site across South East England
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Employee Type: Permanent
This position is key to ensuring that each Home has compliant, consistent and accurate administration processes in place to support the safe, and effective running of the Homes.
*To maintain a close link with the HR team in ensuring the efficient delivery of the 'onboarding process' and other HR matters as required.
*To assist as required in providing efficient administration duties to support the effective running of the homes.
*To design, draft and prepare presentational material as and when required.
*To design documentation suitable to our residents' needs, as and when required.
*To co-ordinate, prepare and record documentation for Home meetings, to include drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.
*To provide support to Home Administrators and ensure they are adhering to the company policies and procedures
*To support the development and implement a quality assurance framework in line with the Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards.
*Support Home Administrators to ensure they work within the confines of their allocated budget.
*To provide cover in specific homes during peaks in workload and during periods of absence of Home Administrator.
*To work with the scope of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2016.
*When liaising with members of the public and visitors to the Homes provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by aiming to meet and exceed people's expectations.
*Support the successful delivery of internal and external audit processes.
*To work collaboratively with the finance and HR departments
*To regularly access 'my view' with regards to inputting staff information regarding, holiday, sickness absence, starters, leavers etc.
*Proactively work with HR team to provide accurate and timely data and other administration associated with payroll processing to meet monthly payroll processing deadlines.
Knowledge and skills required
*Experience of providing a broad range of administration duties in a multi-site fast paced environment within the health and social care sector.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Vast experience computer experience including Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint, publisher as well as previous experience of using payroll and HR database
*Previous experience with Payroll and HR systems and processes particularly around on boarding is desirable.
