Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Service Based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Service Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home as part of an expanding private health and social care service for children and young people based throughout London and Kent. Facilitating the support and recovery for vulnerable and underprivileged children within a specialised residential setting.
*Salary - £28, 000 - £40,000 negotiable upon experience.
*Hours - Full-Time - Permanent (Weekdays & Weekends)
*Location - Sittingbourne, Kent

To have overall responsibility for successful managing the operations of the home, including the management of referrals, undertaking details risk assessments within the home for children, young people and staff, including the highest level of safeguarding through sound management strategies and collaboration with staff and external agencies and emergency services. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the home fully operates in accordance with legislations, standards and guidance provided by authorities.

Candidate Requirements:
*Preferable to be a Registered Home Manager with experience in a similar setting.
*Holds at least an NVQ Lvl 5 in Health & Social Care & Management.
*Experience in planning, risk assessments, finances and recruitment.
*Sound written and verbal communication and IT skills.
*Knowledge of flexible and adaptable staff management skills.
