Registered General Nurse (RN/RGN/RNA) - North Wales

Job description: Service Care Health are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RGNs/RNs) to work within NHS Hospitals in Wrexham, Rhyl and Bangor.

You must hold a Degree in Adult Nursing or equivalent and have up- to- date registration with the NMC.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*To actively contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of quality nursing care.
*To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care as part of a collaborative programme of patient care.
*To administer medication in accordance with NMC guidelines, and organisational policies and procedures.
*To maintain accurate, timely and relevant clinical records both written and computerised.
*To establish and maintain effective communication with patients, carers and relatives.
*To recognise, prioritise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations including the assessment and management of risk.
*To maintain the safety, confidentiality and dignity of patients and their families.

Working patterns and hours are completely flexible, allowing you to work around your current commitments. We have Full-time or Adhoc hours available to start immediately.
