Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Home Manager for an independent healthcare service based in Staines, Surrey.

Salary £30,000.

The organisation is a Registered Care Home helping individuals with learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs.

The successful candidate will be financially astute, well organised, approachable, reliable and dedicated as the organisation work on a person-centred approach.

You will need to be joining us with a Registered Managers Award along with a Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent qualification), or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma. You will need to be experienced in care management, possessing excellent knowledge of Care Standards, Regulations and Valuing People.

Attributes for the ideal candidate would be:

*2 years' or more experience as a registered manager.
*Must have strong experience working and managing in a care environment.
