Job description: Registered Manager - Children's Residential

My client is a leading provider of residential care to children and young people in the UK.

My client is currently looking for a Registered Manager to be based in Macclesfield and knows how to turn a house into a home. As the manager you will lead a team of up to 15 people within a 5 bed EBD home. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

I am currently looking for 1 permanent Children's Residential Team Leader to be based in the Preston area. The role will be based in a 3 bed home. This home is currently looking after 1 EBD child but has the potential to have 3 children.

Our client will supply excellent support and professional supervision as well as regular training opportunities. This is inclusive of a training programme that will allow the Registered Managers to progress with our client into the Regional Operations Manager posts.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of empathy whilst guaranteeing the level of care is maintained to a high standard.

Pay: £40,000 per annum
Location: Macclesfield, 5 bed EBD

Candidate Profile
* Must have a valid driving license
* At least 1 year in a role supervising and managing staff
* 2 years recent OFSTED inspections with GOOD or OUTSTANDING rating
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce
* Enhanced DBS
