Our Client is seeking a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to take the reins at our 4-bed Children’s Home in Wolverhampton, rated “Good” by Ofsted.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a strong central team, giving you the autonomy to lead your home while having the resources to succeed.

🔑 Your Role Will Include:
  • Leading the home’s daily operations, staffing, and care delivery.
  • Embedding a therapeutic, child-centred culture that supports recovery, stability, and growth.
  • Managing safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory frameworks to an exceptional standard.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve excellence.
  • Working in partnership with local authorities, health services, and external stakeholders.
  • Strategically managing the home's finances and future planning.
👤 You Will Need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children's residential care.
  • Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • A strong understanding of Children’s Home Regulations, safeguarding, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A child-first mindset with a proactive and resilient approach.
  • Full UK driving licence & willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
