๐ก About Usย Our Service provides residential assessments for up to seven families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and substance misuse. Through our trauma-informed, 14-week programmesโguided by the ParentAssess modelโwe provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where families can grow and thrive.
๐ผ Your Role Will Involve:
- Managing daily operations at our service with a clear focus on safety, quality, and outcomes.
- Leading and supporting your team with regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
- Creating bespoke assessment plans tailored to the individual needs of each family.
- Ensuring all practice meets Ofsted standards, with a commitment to achieving Outstanding.
- Liaising with local authorities and external professionals to ensure seamless, multi-agency support.
- Overseeing referral management, reporting, and service development at a strategic level.
- Embedding a trauma-informed, resilience-building culture within the team and home.
- Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
- Proven experience managing family assessments or residential care services.
- Strong understanding of complex family dynamics and risk factors.
- Familiarity with the ParentAssess model and experience delivering structured parenting assessments.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working and safeguarding practice.
