Join us as Registered Manager, our specialist Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a committed team in delivering life-changing outcomes for vulnerable families.
๐Ÿก About Usย Our Service provides residential assessments for up to seven families facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and substance misuse. Through our trauma-informed, 14-week programmesโ€”guided by the ParentAssess modelโ€”we provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where families can grow and thrive.
๐Ÿ’ผ Your Role Will Involve:
  • Managing daily operations at our service with a clear focus on safety, quality, and outcomes.
  • Leading and supporting your team with regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
  • Creating bespoke assessment plans tailored to the individual needs of each family.
  • Ensuring all practice meets Ofsted standards, with a commitment to achieving Outstanding.
  • Liaising with local authorities and external professionals to ensure seamless, multi-agency support.
  • Overseeing referral management, reporting, and service development at a strategic level.
  • Embedding a trauma-informed, resilience-building culture within the team and home.
โœ… What Youโ€™ll Need:
  • Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
  • Proven experience managing family assessments or residential care services.
  • Strong understanding of complex family dynamics and risk factors.
  • Familiarity with the ParentAssess model and experience delivering structured parenting assessments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working and safeguarding practice.
