Job description: Registered Manager needed for a Home Care Provider based in Gosport, £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE

Start Date- ASAP
Hours per week - 37
Pay rate - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE

Purpose:
*To provide high quality homecare services that support customers so they can enjoy the best quality of life. The registered manager is directly accountable to the company and to the national regulatory body for domiciliary care.
*To efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to customers within budget. Manage all aspects of the staff team. Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibility and have the support they need to carry out their roles.

What is required?
*Experience of care services, risk assessment and individual care and support
*Good administrative skills and computer literacy
*Experience of managing and developing an effective staff team including recruitment, training, support and supervising staff
*Ability to make sure policies, procedures and instructions are implemented effectively
*Enhanced DBS
*Full drivers licence with no more than 6 points, Class 1 business insurance and a current MOT (if using own car for business purposes)
*Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a registered manager
*Experience of financial management
*Train the trainer qualifications
*Knowledge of business management and business start up
*Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
*Preferably to have experience within Domiciliary Care.
