Job description: Our Client is looking for a Registered Manager to join their Children's Home in Alton - £40,000 DOE

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- Permanent Contract
Hours per week - up to 40 hours a week
Pay rate - £40,000 DOE

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Registered Manager who knows how to make a house a home. This opportunity will see you leading your own team of up to fifteen staff members in a children's care home with 5 bed EBD. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models, and a place to call a home.
As a Registered Manager you will not only have a duty of care to the children, but also to the team working within the home.
Our client will supply excellent support and professional supervision as well as regular training opportunities. This is inclusive of a training programme that will allow the Registered Managers to progress with our client into the Regional Operations Manager posts.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of empathy whilst guaranteeing the level of care is maintained to a high standard.

What is required?
*Must have a valid driving license
*At least 1 year in a role supervising and managing staff
*2 years recent OFSTED inspections with GOOD or OUTSTANDING rating
*NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
*NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce
*Enhanced DBS
