Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Manager for an independent healthcare service based in Wembley, London.

Salary £34,000.

The role covers two registered residential homes helping adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. One home allows for 6 male residents; the other home allows for 4 female residents.

The successful candidate will be financially astute, well organised, approachable, reliable and dedicated as the organisation work on a person-centred approach. You will have a proven track record of management within a care home environment whilst being financially astute.

You will need to be joining us with a Registered Managers Award along with a Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent qualification), or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma. You will need to be experienced in care management, possessing excellent knowledge of Care Standards, Regulations and Valuing People.

Attributes for the ideal candidate would be:

*2 years' or more experience as a registered manager.
*Must have strong experience working and managing in a care environment.
