Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently on the lookout for a number of Registered Mental Health Nurses to join brand new Mental Health Recovery Centre in the Manchester area. My client is a large and reputable Mental Health organisation in the North West specialising in providing high-quality care and support.

The service provides recovery and rehabilitative support for females aged 18 and over with enduring mental health problems following trauma that need continuing care support. The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of professionals provide care via a new trauma model including; Nurses, Social Workers, Support Workers, Occupational Therapists, CBT Therapists, Art Therapists.

The post is a permanent vacancy and the organisation are hiring Newly Qualified, Pre Preceptorship and experienced Registered Mental Health. Pay rates will reflect your experience and will vary between a very competitive pay rate between £25,000 for newly qualified, up to £31,000 per annum depending on post qualifying experience.

*On a day to day basis your role will involve all aspects of providing high quality physical and psychiatric care, supporting a range of vulnerable adults.
*You will be part of the team enabling clients to live full and independent lives.
*You may also mentor and supervise support workers, and provide specialist advice to wider healthcare team.
*To contribute to identifying and meeting the needs of families and carers.
*To support the access and use mainstream community services, such as college, sports activities, and further agencies to improve confidence, social inclusion and self-esteem.
*Many of the clients require 24 hour care therefore the successful applicant must be aware the home operates a shift pattern which will include evenings and weekends.
*The service accommodates 24 residents with personal bedrooms and shared communal facilities providing a non-clinical, homely environment.

*The successful applicant must be currently registered with the NMC and previous experience in the Mental Health field.
*Manage own workload to ensure effective and efficient time management to meet priorities within agreed timescales and deadlines
*Transferable DBS will be beneficial to the post.
