Service Care solutions is looking for Registered Nurses on a Permanent basis for an older adult Nursing Home in the York area, North Yorkshire. The role would involves working 12 hours shifts, with opportunities available for people looking for days or nights throughout the week, including weekends.

Registered Nurse (RMN)

Hours of Work:
Night Registered nurse - 12 hour shifts over 2 nights per week over
Day Registered Nurse- 12 hour shifts over 3 or 4 days per week

JOB SUMMARY
To act as person in charge, to stand in for Manager as required and observe all instructions to act upon his/her behalf, ensuring high standards of care to residents in line with company policy.

The Service

The service itself is a 42 bedded Nursing home Situated just south-east of York in a picturesque village.. Features include a separate dining area & conservatory for residents to relax in, a central courtyard and scented garden for those who wish to spend time outdoors. The service specialises in dementia and provides care and support for older adults including day care, respite care and residential care.

Essential:
*NMC Registration
*Nursing Qualification
*Demonstrable experience and up to date knowledge of care
*Good organisational skills
*Evidence of team building abilities and commitment to team working
*Caring disposition towards residents and acknowledgment of the need for varying approaches to individual needs.
