Job description: My client, a housing association based in Central London are looking for a Repairs Service Manager to join their team. This is on a full-time basis, through a 12 months FTC.

The purpose of the role is to deliver a day to day responsive and minor planned works to customers of the association. The role will be responsible for the day to day management of all the resources that contribute in ensuring that the business unit is compliant, meeting targets and objectives with a fully engaged workforce.

Candidates will need experience of supervising works of a similar nature, and also experience in doing repairs/maintenance works.

Candidates will have skills in the following:
* People management
* Managing an in house DLO
* Project management
* Risk management
* Costs management
* Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
* Ability to influence stakeholders
