This is an excellent opportunity for either an aspiring or experienced Conveyancer to join this forward thinking and modern firm. After recent developments the firm are looking to expand their award-winning operation and are therefore seeking the employment of a self-sufficient individual who is also open to expanding their residential property knowledge.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to run your own busy caseload, whilst managing client expectations with a friendly and professional approach.

The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Managing your own caseload from start to finish
*Handling caseloads of sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold property
*Dealing with shared equity/ownership, re-mortgages and help to buy and right to buy
*Running your own business development to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have;
*2 years' experience within a Conveyancing Environment
*Excellent IT skills
*Focus on excellent customer service
*The role itself will involve non-traditional Residential Property matters such as lease extensions and franchise work, this is desirable but not essential
