Job description: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established practice in Essex. They are looking for someone to join their ever-growing Residential Property team to assist with an ever-increasing workload.
You will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor and join their Residential Property department. The role will include working alongside other Solicitors and members of the Property team with the running of the Residential Property department.
During this role, you will have the excellent opportunity of working with a diverse and complex caseload that will allow you to utilise your skills in Residential Property.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Working with freehold and leasehold transactions
*Dealing with sale and purchase from instruction to completion including exchange of contracts
*Responsible for your own caseload of Residential Property matters
Experience Required
*Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
*A minimum of 2 years' PQE within Residential Property
*Previously dealt with a caseload from instruction to completion including the exchange of contracts
