Job description: Service Care Solutions are seeking a Resourcing Administrator in Winfrith, Dorset.

The main responsibility is providing an excellent internal and external customer service by acting as a first point of service contact for the resourcing activity. Resolving general enquiries from internal/external contacts via telephone, email or in person.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Providing an efficient HR support service to cover the full range of resourcing administration activities including recruitment, appointments and preparation of contractual documents.
*Maintaining up-to-date electronic and paper based personnel records across a variety of systems.
*Completion of duties to meet the needs of the police service.
*Provision of an efficient, timely and customer-focused service across the both forces.
*Maintaining personnel records accurately and in compliance with General Data Protection Act requirements. The provision of management information is available in accordance with corporately agreed policies, procedures and standards.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent service provision levels are met and also the ability to work pro-actively and under own initiative and as part of a team to ensure that service deadlines are met or queries are resolved within required timescales. Good numerical skills with the ability to undertake detailed calculations in relation to annual leave entitlements will also be required.

It would be an advantage to have understanding and experience using HR systems, HR processes or previous HR experience.

This is a police-based role, so applicants will be subject to police security checks.

It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS/CRB within the last 3 years.
