Job description: Retirement Living Assistant, Leicestershire
A national housing association are recruiting for a Retirement Living Assistant to work across 5 schemes throughout Leicester and Leicestershire, on an initial 3-month contract.

The Role
The focus of this role is to be the initial point of contact for customers, carry out day to day office duties, report repairs and maintenance, complete H&S/compliance checks, monitor the PIR system - ensuring all customer non-activity is accounted for, to provide a high quality customer focus.
*You will be assisting in the provision on comprehensive housing management, including working with tenancy agreements.
*Carrying our administrative functions
*Reporting repairs and maintenance needs on behalf of customers

The Candidate
As this is role covers a large area, it is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle for work. Good communication skills are also required, as are basic IT skills and experience of working in a customer focused environment and previous work experience with vulnerable adults is essential.

The Package
This is an interim contract, covering the recruitment process for a permanent role, for an initial 3 months. The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week.
