Job description: Right to Buy Assistant, Coventry
A large West Midlands based housing association are recruiting for three temporary staff to join their Leasehold team for the next three months. The roles will include elements or Right to Buy and Leasehold, especially Voluntary Right to Buy.

The Role
The focus of the role will be to support the provision of a high quality right to buy service to tenants and management service to leaseholders, shared owners and freeholders, including:
*A welcoming and customer focused response to customer enquiries received from a range of channels sources, both directly from customers and from their nominated representatives
*Processing right to buy applications in a timely manner, to ensure statutory and performance targets are met
*Monitoring customer rent and service charge accounts, including reminders and taking recovery actions where required
*Lease administration tasks, such as consent requests and processing notices
*Rent and service charge accounts - manage customer accounts as allocated by the Team Leader in accordance with policy and procedures including monitoring accounts and issuing reminder and warning letters.
*Rent and service charge accounts - provide support to the production of rent and service charge notices and related information, including liaison as required with Finance and IT support.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience with Leasehold and Right to Buy.

The Contracts
These are full time roles, working 37 hours per week. The contracts will run for an initial 4 months and the offices will be closed between Christmas Day and New Years' Day.
