The firm is open to Individuals with at least 3 year PQE in RTA and you must have experience in MOJ portals and OIC.
They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a RTA Solicitor:
- Handle a full caseload of RTA claims, including pre-litigated and litigated matters, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
- Prepare court documents, issue proceedings, and manage the litigation process where settlement is not possible, including attending hearings where required.
- Effectively use the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) claims portal for low-value RTA claims, ensuring all procedural steps and deadlines are met.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experience fee earner with at least 3 years PQE
