Job description: I am currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Officer (Resales) based in South London. This is a temporary position for around 3 - 6 months working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Job Purpose

*To provide a high quality, customer focused resales service to existing shared owners.
*To respond efficiently and effectively to all resales enquiries.
*To deliver an excellent service that responds to the needs of the outgoing Leaseholder, the aspirations of future residents and meets legislative requirements.
*To take responsibility for the effective production of all resales marketing.
*To support sales of new homes by assisting the Senior Sales Executives and the Sales & Marketing Officers - New Sales

Some of your key duties will include -

*Responsibility for the marketing and selling of the resale programme.
*Preparation of property particulars for customers in accordance with current legislation.
*Proactively contact customers through a variety of means including text, email, telephone and written letter.
*Update all web-based property sites to ensure up to date information is accessible and provided in attractive, customer friendly styles.
*Assist purchasers by providing advice and support throughout the conveyancing process, including chasing solicitor's enquiries, mortgage offers and liaising with Independent Financial Advisors (IFA's) as necessary.
*Advise customers on housing related issues including Lease conditions, rent and service charge collection arrangements and arrears management.
*Monitor and chase progress on all resales on behalf of sellers.
*Work closely with all members of the Sales Team on any other sales enquiries and assist with open days/evenings as required, including weekend working as necessary.
*Assist with internal and external marketing events as required ensuring sales opportunities are maximised.
*Capture customer feedback for further analysis as required.
*Prepare statistical reports as required for monitoring purposes.
*To agree targets with the Sales & Marketing Manager and ensure targets are achieved.
