Driving sales performance is critical to support the our clients business plan. This post is responsible for supporting the sales team by facilitating all front line calls and emails and turning them into sales appointments. Once sales are in place the role will support by working with solicitors, support the coordination of surveyors and valuations, support buyers and ensure the smooth day to day facilitation of sales through to completion.

The responsibilities include:

*To ensure the team are supported with property sale admin, monitoring of calls and emails. Ensuring sales progressed quickly and hit targets.
*Deliver excellent sales focused customer service by efficiently taking all sales enquiries both by email and phone to convert calls into viewing appointments, offer buyers advice and help with enquiries
*To fast track sales from offer to completion.
*To ensure efficient instruction of solicitors to start the conveyancing process and liaise with all parties to progress sales within tight deadlines to drive income coming in to meet and aim to exceed the business targets
*To liaise day to day with surveyors by working with the Sales Team to book appointments and keep progression within tight deadlines.
*To report down valuations and support the Sales Progression Manager with surveyor/lender enquiries to drive income from efficient sales completions
To support on the day to day response to enquiries and liaise between our solicitor's and the buyers solicitors to progress sales within tight deadlines.
*To quickly identify buyers that are stalling and avoid abortive work and lost time by flagging cases with the Sales Progression Manager that are unlikely to proceed or fail to meet deadlines
*To liaise with the Sales Team on handover and completion dates to communicate changes with buyers and solicitors to keep sales on track and maintain excellent service
*To support the Property Marketing & Advertising Officer by monitoring and recording call, enquiry and viewing levels to help assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and market trends
*To support the Sales Progression Manager with compiling information for reporting on sales progress weekly to show performance against targets and flag any issues and provide solutions to blockages to maintain sales performance to support the business plan
*To support the wider team with general marketing and sales support with mailouts, helping out at show exhibitions or launches and other general activities
*To ensure all sales progression work is to audit standard to satisfy internal and external regulator policy compliance. To work with the Company Secretariat and Internal Legal Team to efficiently process signing and sealing requirements
