Job description: I am currently recruiting for a school desktop support analyst to work in North London.

This role is initially for 3 months and does fall inside IR35. Candidates applying must also currently have an enhanced DBS with a childrens barred check on it.

The role of the Schools Desktop Analyst will have a strong customer service ethos for engaging with service users to provide desktop upgrades, maintenance and resolve issues, where possible, at first point of contact.

A Schools Desktop Analyst will resolve problems affecting use of ICT systems to maintain underlying business processes; ensuring customer satisfaction and raising awareness of preventative and improved services
* Understanding of FITS & ITIL service delivery
* Incident and Problem Management experience
* Experience of desktop support in an organisation
* Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows and Office
* Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure effective communications with colleagues and customers
* Understanding of basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
* Knowledge of servers, networks, databases and other components of ICT systems
