Job description: Safeguarding Secretary

Are you an experienced secretary? Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for somebody to provide secretarial support to the Safeguarding team in St Helens Council on a part time basis.

The pay rate for this role is £10.50. The role is on a 3 month basis initially which will then be reviewed following this. The working hours for this role will be Monday-Thursday afternoons (1pm-5pm) and then all day on Friday.

This role is for an immediate start.

The suitable candidate have the following skills:
*Minute taking experience as you will be required to arrange and minute take in safeguarding meetings.
*Ability to maintain accurate computerised records and databases.
*Competent in report writing and advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
